Getting started with RosPos AI.
Everything you need to go from sign-up to taking your first QR order.
1. Create your restaurant
Sign up, confirm your email, and enter your restaurant name, country and address. Your public menu goes live instantly at restroai.live/your-slug.
2. Build your menu
In Dashboard → Categories, add sections (Starters, Mains, Drinks). Then in Menu, add items with a name, price, photo, and options like veg/spicy or happy-hour pricing.
3. Set up tables & QR codes
In Dashboard → Tables, add each table. Open QR, print the codes, and place one on every table. Guests scan with their phone camera — no app needed.
4. Run the kitchen display
Open Dashboard → Kitchen on a screen in the kitchen. Paid orders appear live and move through New → Preparing → Ready → Served. Enable sound for new-order alerts.
5. Take payment at the till
Guests pay at the counter (cash or card). Confirm the order on the till and it's recorded — commission on served orders is tracked automatically.
6. Use RosPos AI
Open the AI assistant from the dashboard and ask about sales, top items, or what to promote. Answers come from your live data.
