GDPR & your data rights

We respect the data-protection rights of everyone who uses RosPos AI, including under the EU/UK General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). This page summarises those rights and how to use them.

Your rights

• Access — ask for a copy of the personal data we hold about you.
• Correction — ask us to fix data that's inaccurate or incomplete.
• Deletion — ask us to delete your data (subject to records we must keep by law).
• Portability — ask for your data in a common, machine-readable format.
• Objection — object to certain processing of your data.

Who controls the data

For restaurant accounts, the restaurant is the data controller for its customers' order data, and RosPos AI acts as the processor. For account data (owners and staff), RosPos AI is the controller.

How to make a request

Email hello@restroai.live with your request. We'll verify your identity and respond within the timeframe required by law (normally within one month).
