This policy explains what data RosPos AI ("we", "us") collects, why, and how we protect it. By using RosPos AI you agree to this policy.

What we collect

From restaurant owners & staff: account details (name, email, phone), restaurant information, menu and order data, and login/security data (hashed passwords, two-factor settings). From diners: the order details they submit (items, table, optional name/phone) when placing an order — we do not require diners to create an account.

How we use it

To run the service: show menus, process and track orders, power the kitchen display and analytics, provide the AI assistant, handle billing, and keep accounts secure. We do not sell personal data.

Payments

Payments are handled by third-party payment providers. We do not store full card numbers on our servers.

Data storage & security

Data is transmitted over encrypted connections and stored on secured servers. Access is restricted, passwords are hashed, and two-factor authentication is available. Backups are kept off-site to protect against data loss.

Your choices

You can access, correct, or request deletion of your data by emailing us. Deleting a restaurant removes its associated data, subject to any records we must keep for legal/accounting reasons.
