These terms govern your use of RosPos AI. By creating an account you agree to them.

The service

RosPos AI provides restaurant software: QR-code menu ordering, a kitchen display, analytics, inventory, and an AI assistant. We may add, change, or remove features over time.

Trial & billing

Every restaurant starts with a 1-month free trial. After the trial you choose a paid plan (Professional or Enterprise) to continue. Prices are shown in your local currency at signup. Subscription fees and any applicable commission are billed monthly; unpaid accounts may be suspended until payment is made.

Your responsibilities

You're responsible for the accuracy of your menu, prices, and tax settings, for the content you upload, and for keeping your login credentials secure. Don't use the service for anything unlawful.

Acceptable use

Don't attempt to break, overload, or gain unauthorized access to the service or other restaurants' data. We may suspend accounts that abuse the platform.

Availability

We work to keep the service reliable but can't guarantee uninterrupted availability. The service is provided "as is" without warranties beyond those required by law.
